The 2009 Junior Summer Program at Summerfield GC will begin on June 9. The 9-week program includes practice sessions on Tuesday's and Thursday's, and a golf league on Friday's. For more information, contact the Inner Circle office at 813-671-3311 ext. 3

Tour players do such a great job of striking "down" on the ball. If you take a close look at an impact position image, you'll see that the grip is ahead of the club head. This move is critical even in chipping and pitching too. Try this simple drill the next time you're at the range:
Tee in Front of Golf Ball:
Properly address a golf ball and place a tee in the ground on the target line in front of the golf ball. Strike the ball and the forward tee. This will ensure an angle of attack that will catch the ball on the downward section of the swing arc, creating a divot after striking the ball.
